I provide psychotherapy to individuals 17+. With a curious and empathic stance, I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual questions, loss and grief, relational challenges, parenting issues and issues of self-esteem. I have experience with work and sports performance and stress management, personal crises, trauma and mental health disorders. I also work with clients from multi-faith and -cultural backgrounds.

I use an integrative approach, meeting clients with the support they need on a given day. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Existential, Polyvagal, Attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and others. I integrate mindful and somatic practices and am a certified Phase 3 Brainspotting practitioner, which can be integrated in a wide range of challenges and trauma.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and working under the supervision of Sara Warren, RP, MACP (#004596).
